She was preceded in death by her husband, George Berryhill and one daughter, Marcey Berryhill. Survivors include one son, Jim Thorpe Berryhill of Okmulgee and one sister, Mary Jane Tomlinson of Henryetta; nine nieces and nephews and three grandchildren.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. today, Friday, at the Davis Derrisaw family cemetery, south of Wilson. Rev. Jay Buckner will officiate. Services are under the direction of the McClendon Funeral Home.

NANCY GANN Nancy Pearl Gann, 96, of Dustin, died Wednesday, September 28, 1994 in Henryetta. Services are pending with the Shurden Funeral Home. RENA FASSERO Rena Ellen Cleland Fassero, 81, a lifetime resident of Henryetta, died September 28, 1994 in Henryetta. She was born January 27, 1913 in Bryant, Okla. to Sam Davis and Nettie Williams Davis.

Mrs. Fassero was a retired nurse, working for many years at the Haynes Hospital and the Henryetta Hospitals. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Olen David Cleland and John Fassero; one daughter, Betty Jo Clapsaddle; one granddaughter; seven brothers, Lafette, Roy, Fred, Frank, Stanley, Harvey, and Earl Davis; and one sister, Ivy Bright Narrel. Survivors include one son, David Cleland and his wife, Barbara, of Henryetta; one daughter, Joyce Callich and husband, Steve, also of Henryetta; one brother, Leonard Davis of Muskogee; one sister, Martha Schnabel of Adkins, Texas; seven grandchildren 11 greatgrandchildren.

Graveside services will be held today, Friday, at 10 a.m. at the Westlawn Cemetery, officiated Tim Walker. Services are under the direction of the Shurden Funeral Home. Bentley Sr. and Lorinna Fox on December 20, 1915 in Castle, Okla. Mr. Bentley left Oklahoma in 1933 to join the California Rodeo Circuit and achieved the "World Champion All-Around Cowboy" belt in 1954. Frank Priegel 1006 Valley Road, was booked for driving under the influence and failure to yield in connection with the accident. Priegel, driving a 1992 Oldsmobile, apparently was pulling off Park View onto the New Morris Road when the accident occurred.

He was struck by an oncoming 1993 Oldsmobile, driven by Jamie Gilroy of Henryetta. Gilroy was taken by a private vehicle to Okmulgee Memorial Hospital where she was treated and released for a neck injury. include being a Mrs. Leatchie Mariah Brigham 1 White, of Okmulgee, died Thursday, September 22, 1994 in Okmulgee Memorial Hospital. She was born in Paris, Texas to Millie Tennesses Griffith Brigham and George Brigham.

She received her early schooling in Texas and worked in a crate factory. She married John White, then the couple moved to Oklahoma. Mrs. White was a member of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, where she served as a stewardess and missionary. She was preceded in death by 3 children.

Survivors include 10 children, 57 grandchildren, 71 greatgrandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Viewing will be today, Friday, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. a at the Dyer Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.

at the Cleaves Memorial C.M.E. Church with the Rev. H.G. Lee, pastor, officiating. Final rites will follow in Okmulgee Cemetery with Dyer Funeral Home Dirctors in charge.

KATHRYN ANDERSON LEATCHIE WHITE Mrs. Kathryn S. Anderson, 76, resident of Okmulgee since 1976, died Monday, September 26, 1994 following an extended illness. She was born June 11, 1918 in Dewey, Okla. to Charles and Sarah Traynor Woodward.

She was a former resident of Ponca City, Okla. and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Okmulgee and the Gold Star Wives of America. Survivors include one son, Kenneth Anderson of Lansing, one daughter, Mable Fleming of Okmulgee; one brother, George Woodward of Tulsa; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by one brother, James Woodward and two sisters, Mable Rinehardt and Charolett Woodward.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 1, at 9 a.m. in the chapel of the Kelley Funeral Home. Reverend Lawrence Matlock, Pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church will officiate. Burial services will follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa at 11 a.m. under the direction of the Kelley Funeral Home of Okmulgee.

Pallbearers will include: Mark Fleming, Mark Jason Fleming, Fred Laughlin, Sam Fleming, Claude Smith and David Fleming. MARTHA BERRYHILL Martha Davis Berryhill, 81, of Henryetta, died Tuesday, September 27, 1994. She was born December 5, 1912 in Sheriff's Log The Okmulgee County Sheriff's Department is investigating the following incidents: Rita Stapp, also known as Smith, 33, was booked for bogus checks. A local funeral home director wanted to clarify that the item was a concrete box not a sealed vault.

He stated, "A sealed vault does not allow water to seep in." Shurden Funeral Home handled the exhumation and reburial. Because the casket was initially buried in a concrete box and not a sealed vault, water was able to seep in and cause damage to the casket. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ola Bunyard, his second wife, Salie Bunyard, and a son, Benny Bunyard. Survivors include three sons, Merriam Bunyard of Lakeland, Bob Bunyard and Reginal Bunyard of Beaumont, Texas; daughter, Hellen Buell of Haywood, six stepchildren, Earl Arnold of Eugene, Dave Arnold of Henryetta, Billy McCoy of Eugene, Joe McCoy of Eufaula, Kenneth McCoy of Stockton, and Marcus Overturff of Eufaula; 29 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Newt Bunyard of California. Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, September 30, at the Shurden Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chuck Schilling officiating.
